Do you folks think that the price of the 9 dragon set will increase in 2012 the year of the dragon? Can you share your experience from previous dragon years? The set is now available at about US$1,250 on eBay.
Demand... supply... price of dragon typeset (1500 mintage) can just go double... These 9 coins set has 20,000 mintage... I think it's just the dragon fever to raise the price, very soon will come down. In fact, I've been checking with suppliers from China, price has come down 20% since October.
20,000 is pretty low compared to 300,000 500,000 3,000,000 6,000,000 +++ depends what you like.. the sets looks cool
They do look nice but I'm settling for what i have now, the 4 coin set which includes a proof and the all proof rectangle set. 1500 and 3000 mintage compared to a 20,000 mintage of all bullion coloured coins is quite a difference. We all know which ones will be harder to get in years to come. Scorp
