Postage & Insurance on larger orders

    You havent gone up the tree high enough. get the manager at the call center... they find out,(what manager would want to deal with the public)

    The 'person to person' doesn't work in reality. I have had 2 deliveries for aussie post 'person to person', they were both signed for by the receptionist. If the mailman knows the receptionist, sees her every day, i'm guessing there is trust there to just let her accept it.

    .... That, or he's too busy trying his moves on her, to notice the 'person to person' stamp on the package.

    I've had a couple of "person to person" parcels sent to me and my wife has picked them up from the post office. We have only recently started using this post office as we have only just moved so they don't know us.
