Hey all, Any one know of a portfolio tracker (preferably free & w/iphone app) which allows for addition and tracking of physical metal holdings. i have noticed that many allow for cash holdings, but no metals... any ideas people? oh and big ups to hobo-jo for his much appreciated input on both SilverStackers and HotCopper.. your a great asset
If you open a frre account with Bullionmark he has a fantastic live vault which you can import your private holding too. It uses his prices howeverwhich are current to the market. You can add % offsets to tune it to your liking. Updates every few seconds and just create a bookmark for the my vault page and at the press of the thumbnail it is all there for you.
No, I use apple app stocktracker pro for that There is a free version and a paid. I got the paid version for three bucks. I think the free version only lets you put 5 stocks in. Updates every 15 minutes I think. Very nicely laid out though.
Thanks for your imput, show me the metal, I'm really looking for one tracker that lets me add BOTH physical and stocks.. I don't see why one couldnt exist.
How would it work though? Unless it was just a calculation of ounces x spot... In which case you could approximate the value by just pretending you had a number of units in one if the respective gold or silver tracking ETFs.
