At the PO today I heard that Platinum Post is ceasing in April. Its replacement will be the normal Express Post with additional options for tracking, signature delivery and insurance .... all at an extra cost of course, to support the Postmaster Generals 25% pay increase. No increase for the franchisee who provides the service though. They will honour all existing parcels so rush out now and stock up.
