Places to buy/sell for noobs

    I thought I'd bring this up for noob stackers like me. With silver dropping in price I'm curious as to places I could go to buy silver besides the web or other sites on the web I can buy from. Also on the flip side when silver rises to my sell price I'm curious as to where I should offload my silver and who may try and cheat me/offer me the best deal(generally).

    You can buy from established members on this forum.

    As for selling, you can list them up for sale here as well. :)

    Avoid eBay and Craigslist to begin with. Start using eBay when you have more experience, beginning with the top sellers like MCM and APMEX, never use Craigslist.

    Craigslist is rife with scammers, probably even more so than eBay as there's not much regulation.

    APMEX and JM Bullion would probably be the best places to go for a newby until you get more of an idea on prices etc. Also Google 'precious metal dealers <insert your city>' and keep an eye out at your LCS, heard there's some good deals to be found if you know what to look for.

    What is the big hype about englehard bars? I see the name pop up on here a lot and they are way more expensive than any other bar by oz.
