I think that if you would try to grade a raw coin yourself you will get Ms70 very often. The coins have a rather good quality.
Yes indeed, but there’s a perceived higher value For the label and first release. All the first release in the series will have this special label. I don’t see that many 70’s for sale with normal label. I see 69’s, however. )
