I'm not really keen on selling this "tao" (set) since they are also in perfect numerical order (1oz - 001, 1/2oz 002, 1/4oz 003, 1/10oz 004 and 1/20oz 005). 1oz - not sure 1/2oz - not sure 1/4oz - not sure 1/10oz - offers over $400 1/20oz - offers over $300
You got great grades of one of my favourite years Yennus, the coins look amazing. So what is the 100Y worth you think? Very hard too say, in terms of fiat. I think a few of the heavy hitters over at CCF would be interested, too rich for me
Thanks Grizzlies. Yeah, the coins really shined up after NCS Hmmz... I've been considering what the 100Y is worth ... hard to say... Selling it would allow me to hunt a lot more... but then I might not be able to get another MS70 1993 ever again ... risky move... risky move
FYI there is a 50Y 1993 for sale 6700.00 it has been listed awhile 1993 100y in ms 69 ,sell on fee bay 2200.00 ms 70 who knows?? it is another whole ballgame when it comes to rarity, if you catch the right guy on the right day who wants that beauty bad enough ?????? realistically my GUESS ,5000 to 5500
Would enable you to get more bang for your buck... I'm usaully a collector so I'd be tempted to hang onto my first graded 70. Anyways the market right now may take the decision out of your hands, definitely don't sell it too cheap! I'd be interested to see how that coin would go on ebay in a two week auction. Might be amazed at what it goes for. Asking guys with auction house experience how to go about getting the best price might be worth it too.
Ahahah... yeah I was thinking about putting it up on Ebay with a starting bid of $7770AUD. It's the only Large Date 1993 MS70 Panda at the moment.
I would keep it. Yes, you could turn it and reinvest, but this is a rare coin from a rare year. In 10 years I think you will be amazed what such a coin would go for.
I think you have a very good point Tamo42! They're not making any more of these vintage bears! eheheh... Anyone interested in the 1993 Gold fractionals? They are all MS69... I gotta raise cash for my NGC invoices! I had 6 invoices (because I didn't know you could stack multiple similar Pandas on the same line) *duh*
