Yeah online and phone its sold out but still available at retail store (ie. walk in). Their systems and sales are apparently indepedent of each other.
Yeah I did the same last week when I asked how many they had I was told there were allocated 12 and 7 had sold so far Since then I know of 3 more sold so can't be too many left
Yep. Applies to regular bullion as well - they might be sold out of 10oz bars over the counter, but still able to fulfill phone orders immediately. I think retail, online and phone are treated in the system as three separate customers by wholesale. It was mentioned at the Dragon launch that the retail store had to apply for an allocation just like every other distributor, and presumably the other two as well. Makes sense from a business reporting and operational perspective, but not always clear to the consumer who expects to be dealing with the brand as one cohesive, integrated entity.

Thanks NOA, I just got one as well. Except this will probably go straight on the market. Considering the prices these are selling so far in the secondary market. I have my 1oz Proof so happy with that.

I tried to get some info out of them as to how many left etc but the nice lady wasn't able to shed any light on the subject. I figure it's worth a shot given I'm here (sorry/condolences to all interstate or o/s) - if it comes off, awesome, if for some reason it doesn't work out (as I've read posts about people's paid orders being stuffed up by the mint) then I'll be disappointed but will get the $399 back and find something else to spend it on.
