I'm mucking about in ETrade trying to update a watchlist with the old ZAUWBA code for Perth Mint's ASX product, but all the queries I do for "PMGOLD" (the new code) turn up results for "Peppercorn Management Group Ltd".

Googling that name turns up a company that was de-listed from the ASX in late 2004.

The listing on ETrade appears to actually be tracking the gold price (currently at $13.61, divided by 100 equals the 100th troy oz of the Perth Mint's product).

I'm thinking its possible that the Peppercorn company's code (PMG) may still be in the system as PMG's "old" shares (PMG old = PMGOLD), but its kind of annoying.

    Anyone know what's going on?

I'm with Comsec - PMGOLD works for me.

Buys at $1352. Sells at $1360.

I called ETrade to ask and the guy was like "Oh crap, I have to go tell the development team".

Looks like a bug at their end.
