    Came across this one in my bucket of pennies.

    Ive had for at least 30 years, what do you think, damage or error?

    You can eee some wear on the inner ring, and the dot, but I can't get my head around how the damage has been done without marring the field.

    Can see the faint outline of a '4'. Why would anyone file it? Maybe looking to stick a '3' on it instead? :lol:
