    If I purchase something through eBay and oay theough Paypal and the item i get is dodgey and I want, if the seller takes all the money iut of his paypal account and bank account, how does PayPal raise the funds to get me my refund?

    Paypal's profit for 2012 (full-year) was US$5.6 billion, on a total transaction volume of US$145b; profit for Q3 2013 was US$1.6b, on a total transaction volume of US$44b.
