Any useful tips on integrated btc payment systems for small business?

Coinjar seems to be flavour right now, but anything else interesting around?

    Bitcoin for eCommerce

BitPay makes it easy to accept bitcoin payments on your website.

lol - can hardly wait to see how the government reacts to this with new draconian tax legislation...

It's what we've come to expect of our "leaders"

Seriously mate, go have a bex and a lie down.

No different to any other income revenue a business receives - there's an AUD equivalent value for the transaction, selling a widget online and getting paid in BTC doesn't suddenly make it a tax free event.

VRS, I sent an enquiry to Coinjar several weeks ago with an integration question, still waiting for a reply. Their lack of response and the $45,000 daily market cap is crying out for a competitor.

BitPay would be one, but they only settle international merchants weekly, not daily.

That might be a recent change - okay, looks like they've added daily settlements to Australia!

re:BitPay, it won't affect all merchants but the minimum AUD1000 transfer out may be of importance to some. That's damn lot of fish and chips in BTC.

Yeah - been talking to a cafe owner about accepting payments, but that's a couple of hundred cups of coffee. If only one or two people ever use it on a regular basis he would be waiting a year - would be better off just taking the BTC and selling once a week or a month.
