PANDA CONTEST #2 FREE 1995 .5 oz "SMALL DATE", PANDA GUIDE SIGNED

The rules for this contest are simple; there will be 10 questions/pictures. All you have to do is make a numbered list from 1 to 10 and answer each question/picture correctly.

You cannot ask questions in open forum, pm me for hints or go to other forums and ask questions.

Post your answers on open forum from 1 to 10 in order.

If the answer involves the description of a coin then these parameters, in no particular order, must be listed to get credit for a correct answer:
1. Year of coin
2. Coin composition (silver, gold, platinum)
3. Denomination OR weight
4. Description of coin (if any, some may not have) for example "Hong Kong Expo"

You may make edits to your posted answers.

The first person to answer all 10 questions correctly will win.

If I am not monitoring the forum when the correct answers are put up, I will still see who the first "unedited post" winner was.

If there is a case of multiple winners with all of them having "edited post", then the earliest post that was edited will be the winner.

Here are the 3 prizes totaling 1.5 oz's of silver.

1. 1995 .05 oz Silver Chinese Panda "Small Date" NGC MS68
This is one of the rarest, if not the rarest of the .5 oz Silver Pandas. The .5 oz "large Dates" are fairly common but these small dates minted at Shenyang are hard to find and do not grade well. This particular MS68 coin is absolutely stunning, no spots or tarnish and could have easily graded MS69. Judge for yourself when you see it and this NGC slab is brand new out of my collection and completely scratch free and full of luster. It has not been passed around the internet like many others.


2. A brand new copy of The Gold & Silver Panda Coin Buyer's Guide Signed by Mr. Peter Anthony
Huge appreciation to Maggie for facilitating this for me/us !!! I have two copies of this book and mine are not even signed !!! The winner is very, very fortunate to get this book !!!


3. 2001 1 oz Silver Chinese Panda "Colorized"
Although it is not recognized by NGC for grading because it has been colorized outside of the Chinese Mint, most likely in Europe, it is still an authentic 2001 Silver Chinese Panda. These were selling on Apmex for $99.


Total values of these prizes are approximately $250 although I could not find a NGC Graded 1995 "Small Date" on Ebay or anywhere for sale.

Yea that 1995 small date is a tough one to find ... I couldnt find one on ebay unless I just dont know what the hell I'm doing !

I really would like to see what they are selling for because the small date silver halves of 1995 are tough ...

The large dates are seen much more regular ...

 

yes I have quite a few of the large and small in 68's and 69's but I can't seem to want to "pry" anymore loose so you need to win this one !

 

I can't wait for you guys to see this coin you will all realize just how strict NGC grading is as I cannot find ANYTHING wrong with this coin it is absolutely magnificent in perfect condition

Oh yea ... the weight & denominations have been purposely blackened out on pictures ... I had to make it a little hard
