    As I cant buy a full roll for each these 10 years, Can I ask what year to buy best?

    I would be thinking along the line of buying what's oldest? And the 1993 is a cute and strong design imo, if you already have the 1992. Then again, some later years have lower mintages to date than the 92 or 93

    yeah i would be thinking the older the date, the less originals would be floating around. or if they were they might not be in the best condition.

    Certainly go with the older kooks. 20 years is long enough to theorize that a good chunk of them are scratched, toned or even lost for good.
