I never tire of reading that passage. It's very true and amazing in the same sense. Humans are really interesting critters, eh?

Why are your Perth Mint 1kg bars $220 more than bullionmark and $240 than the Perth Mint?

Doesn't look like a "bullion deal" to me

Will you be expanding your selection to include smaller lots? Say 10 or 20oz purchases of various silver bars and coins?

Now compare my monster box prices to the competition. You should find a Bullion Deal there. And free insured shipping. ;)

Can you explain the added benefit of paying more for "Minimum 10 Day Delivery" over "Minimum 15 Day Delivery"?

    Confused Bird here?

Sure, the added benefit is that you receive your order sooner than the minimum 15 day delivery. We obviously try to get orders to our customers as soon as possible and this option gives people who are in a hurry the ability to get their order on average 5-7 days sooner than the 15 day option.
    Hope this helps
    Chris

    Still confused.

Say for example my order takes 25 days, that falls within both minimums.

My understanding from the terminology used is that normally I'd expect my order to take at least 15 days, with no guaranteed maximum. But if I pay more, the minimum drops to 10, so I could conceivably get my order 5 days earlier, but still don't have a guarantee of delivery in a specified time frame.

Completely understand your point and thank you.
Delivery options should be updated and re-written by tomorrow morning and it would be great to hear what you think then.

Was that the only part of the website that you found confusing?

Delivery options have now been re-written so hopefully they are a bit easier to understand.
Any more feedback on the site would be greatly appreciated
