So I managed to get a good deal on a whole lot of round 50 cent coins.

I randomly picked one to have a play selling some on eBay. Currently bidding surprisingly high when you consider the postage.

After having a look at the photo I posted I noticed the rim was strange. Is this something a little different?

Ah, so then a mistake to put it up.

What are the chances of a random coin chosen out of 100 was this coin.

You know what - I looked at the coin when I got home. I can't see the rim when I look at it via the naked eye - though it does come up on the camera. I went and grabbed another coin from my collection and it too looked like an odd rim when looked at on the camera.

I think it might be just might be the shininess making it look like there is something wrong with the rim.
