    it's true this ?

    THESE PANDAS HAVE JUST BEEN PROFESSIONALLY GRADED BY NGC and CONSERVED by NCS

    There is No Toning or White spots- Just a Beautiful, Lustrous coin!

    When coins are Conserved, they are first thoroughly cleaned, and then chemically treated to prevent future toning, spotting or oxidation

    Yes. They have a set price for conserving coins less than a certain value, and fee increases, in percentage, as to value of the coin.
