[NEWS] NGC on-site grading in Guangzhou

Rumor has it NGC will visit Guangzhou the 15th of May for on-site grading. Still possible for Chinese collectors to submit to this 'domestic' event through NGC/dealers at LuGong market etc.

I like this! Do you senior members know if this is a recent development or an old tradition?

That's cool. But onsite grading costs much more than sending them in, right? When they do onsite grading at coin shows, this is the case.

Hi guys,

For onsite grading I used the 'NGC on-site grading' form last time. The standard rate was $20, not $17 for coins < $300. Fee was converted and paid in rmb, so about 120rmb/coin for standard ones.

All levels seemed to be flat rates, with no discount for NCG members.

got a new e-mail which I think is regarding a NGC visit to China. I don't know if it is the same event or a new event in June.

Looks like mostly the same info, June 5-11th in Guangzhou.
Then in Shanghai in August and Nov.

 

I love my new panda's, just mint fresh and graded based on my opinion.
