Hi all and thanks for the welcome! Sconejon: nah i'm not an AJ but am very supportive of our troops and know many serving our country. I actually didnt realise the connection until your post. oops Jislizard: Unfortunately there arent many coin shops or dealers here, actually i only know of 1 coin dealer in darwin. So online is really the way to go for us... Wish there were more options up our way as freights always a killer. I've been searching places on where to buy and this site seems like a good spot to get started
I spent 10 years up there, loved the fishing. Worked at Robertson Barracks for a bit. Is it any easier to get to the coin shop in the mall these days?
Yeh fishing is awesome and still lots to be caught if you make it up this way again. Good break from the tassie weather too! Robinson barracks is still there and growing all the time. When was the last time you were here? The mall is still the same but the city skyline has changed with lots of unit blocks going up everywhere. And yep still hardly any parking lol. Going to make a trip to the coin place tomorrow and check it out... Hopefully find some good coins to start the collection
