It's the modern corporate equiv of what grandad used to do. Get paid Thursday, give all salary to his wife to pay the bills and run the house and if he was lucky, she'd throw his a few bob for a beer or two Friday arvo after work....the rest was put in the empty flour jar and saved for a rainy day or other.
