Lol I got a handful at $75 on feebay didn't get any biters at that price yet! But no wonder all the recent orders on my site have been from Germany, those guys were buying in tubes! I'm just afraid of shipping them as it says I'm only partially eligible for sellers protection due to the address not being verified
Yeah Google translate is good idea. You can find better translation on web. I was communicating with one German seller who doesn't speak English by help of it. No problemo. But you don't need PhD in rocket science to put up auction on German eBay. Listing page should be the same or at least very similar to "standard" one. Modern browsers like Chrome offer you page translate which works fine, You can copy item description from other auctions. And you can also write it in English (beside German). Most of the Germans speak English, as opposite to some other (EU) countries where people don't want to speak it because they think their language is universal or some other (nationalistic) bullshit. You write, Stock Horse, rar, sehr gut, etc.
Wish you all the best. Just don't forget to write that people should send you questions in English. I think I will sell few of them myself soon. Need money for other coins.
LOL. I missed the boat, but I am NOT going to chase it now. Do not want to be a sucker I still remembered the Dragon coin in 2012, I waited for a couple of months, but not long enough, so I still paid $81.7, now it is <$50 I bet the same thing will happen to this Stock horse coin
Indeed, I believe Gainsville had the 1oz dragons going for 38'ish. Obviously no more left. I hope they don't pull that same stunt with the PM Lunar Horse, or I'll be sitting on the sidelines on that one too. But I did get me a roll of 20 stock horses. I highly doubt they'll go below 55, but time will tell. I can't believe the dragons were going for 90.00, that is simply ludicrous!
Not the easiest coin to get hold of here in the UK. I only heard about the Stock Horse through this forum with one of my regular visits to read the postings. Generally speaking buying Australian Silver coins is an expensive exercise by the time you add 20% vat (GST) plus postage plus extra fees charged by the courier company used by the Perth Mint. Currently only one vendor is selling the Stock Horse here, for $95.00. Another Australian vendor is selling the card version for $199.00. I did manage to get hold of a couple of Stock Horse coins from Germany so will have to be happy with that. Roger
Haha I'll gladly sell you some at $95! Man that's awesome...I can currently only get away with around $70 here...
sing the song: make horse fly don't be greedy let the coin fly lower you price to sixty and move the stock
I had a little each way bet on these Horses. Glad to say, after fees an stuff made a little profit for not much work.
I sold 10 at $62 on Ebay and the buyer was a German Coin Dealer.....and now he has listed it for $80. Also sold my last 14 for $62 on my site. I should have another 10-20 end of this week and will be selling it at market price.
Lol I think I have like 2 left no need to move stock haha. I may however have 3 big cancellations coming due to issues with PayPal. They are 3 buyers in Germany...PayPal is saying they do not have a confirmed address and I am only partially eligible for sellers protection. I am not willing to take the risk with transactions of that size so I gave them the option to cancel or pay by a different method. If cancelled...I'll be happier
@wsd_collector....Most dealers I buy from don't add huge mark-ups to their products. You seem to raise your prices weekly. Started at $46, now up to $75 and hoping other orders get cancelled so you can resell at a higher price. Is this why you keep carrying on about the paypal verification crap and not posting orders?
Is not only @wsd_collector who is increasing prices... This is standard "procedure" as other sellers are making their prices higher. I've purchased my coins for around 35. Seller at whom I've bought them is selling them now for more than 60. I was thinking of purchasing more of the horses when could get them for 42. You either buy, or you don't. I don't go crying if some seller is raising its prices. Everyone want to maximize it's profits. I'm not dreaming I'm living in Wonder world where all people tend to help other and don't make profits. It could happen that prices will fall tough. Don't forget fellas: ^^
This coin was released in Australia as a carded version, only 1,000 though, blink at the wrong moment and you would have missed them, lol. Their are some available on Australian Ebay, "buy it now", A$70.00 for the coin with COA and A$110.00 for the carded version. I don't know about Australian coin dealers though
