Just noticed this thread ... Your site needs a lot of work. I can't edit my address. The fields are all over the place and the pulldown box with state only shows the first 3 states and won't let me scroll or jump to any of the other states. Those "My Account" pages have some serious issues :(. Tried Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and just tried Safari as well. All the same problem.

For full disclosure, this is what I posted in the Hera coin thread:

"Thanks for sharing. I missed out on this coin originally and would love to order one from melbournemint, but their website is absolutely atrocious. I can't even select the proper state from their state pulldown box. The address registration input boxes are all over the place. Tried Chrome, Firefox and IE. Terrible, terrible site!"

You can edit your address during checkout, just not on the edit address page.

Ok, getting further, but I still cannot select my state (Texas). The state pulldown box will only let me get to Mississippi and not beyond. Hitting "T" on my keyboard also won't let me jump to Texas. :(

Does it matter? Apparently if you send damaged coins to NGC they get graded PF70 anyway. :D

    G'day all,

OVERWHELMING response to the site overnight! Thank you to all of you who had a play with it. I really appreciate it - and, as expected, it was you who found our kinks! We will work feverishly today to fix everything that we can.

A few answers for your questions:

Robmetal: The Hera coins are brand new. Will be delivered to us, From Perth, next week. We might be the last to receive our allocation, I think.

Greenmotion: This is EXACTLY the kind of thing I was looking for! I appreciate your frustration but also thank you for sharing the problem.

db23: GST to internationals is not right. We will remedy this today, and remove the tax from any orders from outside Oz. Also, the no valid shipping thing is a odd one, and we will look into that too!

lostwords: We have no real problems shipping to many countries. Your best bet, at this stage is to email us, so we can sort this out. Eventually, when the site is 100% right, we will look to add other countries to our list.

Liquid: Looks like you had a few problems. Again, sorry about that. But also thanks for letting us know. We will investigate the Queensland thing. And our Hera stock is due in stock next week.

Taz03: At this stage, we are looking to partner up with our friends at Universal Coin Co to allow for pick ups - or possibly even in-person purchases. We will share these details as they become clearer to us!

And...finally: dragafem: The 1oz Kook is removeable from the "ingot" yes. It isn't cheap but because of the shape of the 2oz ingot, the manufacturing costs will be much higher than a regular round. Glad you like it though!

I'm from the US. When trying to input my shipping address in my account only the first three states were accessible (Alaska, Arizona, Alabama). An option to use billing address as shipping address is needed.

    Hi all,

REALLY overwhelming response from you all!!!

You've managed to order all of our Hera coins between you... and exposed a good number of problems.

Unfortunately, it does appear like a few of you missed out on Hera because of these problems. For that, I can only offer my apologies. The explanation may be "Opening Night Jitters" and an unexpected HUGE response but... this is no excuse.

In something of a gesture of apology and one of THANKS for all of you who reported your troubles, here's a 10% discount code for you for the new site!
    SILVERSTACKERS01

Just enter this in the Discount Code box at Checkout... no minimum spends or product exclusions!

And please, bear with us as we wade through our teething problems.... :-(

I ordered a couple of items and the process was simple. No GST, free shipping and no bugs. They were out of the Hera coin.

Hi guys, this selection of your home state problem seems to be fairly common. Our developers are on the case!

    Thanks again.
