g'day all, being a conservative person, I have brushed off any chance of investment all this while including silver when I came across this topic a year ago. After recent saga at work and a poker night with mates, I've decided that I need to get out of the 9-5 cycle slowly and steadily. On top of that, 6.5% of savings interest is never enough and the future of fiat money doesn't look good. I'm a convert now and definitely looking at buying silver ASIP. I've just ordered the book by Mike Maloney but it will take a month to arrive, so I'm also looking for a "quick fix" from alternate sources to start reading the content ASIP hope to learn and share more with y'all btw, a quick question. I've done some research (may not be reliable as I'm very new) and really keen to start stacking before the speculated significant rise in May; I'm supposed to meet up with a mate who's going to explain it inside out but the earliest I can meet him up is next Tuesday. Is it a good idea to buy some (1kg - 100oz?) within this week before I do a crash course in silver stacking? I strongly believe that investing without proper knowledge is gambling but I can't go to sleep in peace with this dilemma in my head cheers all!
Welcome. i am not sure anymore wether its a good idea to buy 1kg-100oz currently if that is your first purchase. what you could do however is buy 20 oz of silver and spend the rest on gold coins ( sovs and the like ) and see what happens.
