I just received my NGC MS 69 2006 China Bank of Beijing Panda which I purchased from ebay and the NGC slab/holder looks a little different. Anyone familiar with this?

    Off topic.

I read in China forum the NGC holder used for coins submitted from China (GuangZhou) is not scratch resistant type as it is cheaper.

    Anyone knows anything about this?

all holders at Ngc are not non scratch resistant unless you pay $5 per coin extra ,if I am not mistaken , the new style holders from NGC are edge view, keep that old holder it is sort of vintage .......... like the old green holder Pcgs had ,morgan dollar collectors like that old green holder from pcgs ,they believe back in the day pcgs had higher grading standard then they do now. also known as rattlers as the coin rattled around in the holder
