New 5 BU Sovereign from the Royal Mint

    Nice coin but a staggering 1900 for 40g of 22k gold. At only 750 pieces, it'll be a good buy on the secondary market, but if it's Royal Mint website exclusive it's a bitter pill to swallow.

    The big picture looks to be of the Sovereign while the left side box image has the actual 5 Pound (5 Sovereign) coin with ribbon on St George's helmet and Pistrucci spelled on the exergue. Love those massive coins but NOT at BRM issue prices.
