    Hi mate - apols for the late response here.

    1925 King George V (Large Head) Sydney Mint full sovereign, 22ct gold (91.6% purity) so 7.98g containing 7.33g pure gold, mintage 5,632,000...

    Very nice grade - looks almost uncirculated - has a minor ding on the obverse at 6.30, St George reverse v well defined & clear, no issues - check out critical areas re definition/grading points etc (from Cruzis Coins):

    Crest of St George's helmet;
    St George's chest, together with the strap & pin fastening his cloak;
    The bridle as it crosses the horse's neck;
    The muscle separation in St George's upper thigh;
    The horse's forequarters & rump;
    The "bloodline" in the sword;
    The upper band across St George's boot;
    The dragon's torso below it's neck.

    (BTW It's the only gold Sov year - coins minted in London only - to have been restruck- and in this case over three seperate decades: 1925: 3,520,431, 1949: 138,000, 1951: 318,000, 1952: 430,000)

    Because it's not a particularly rare coin it hasn't got great numi value but it's in good condition apart from that minor ding, so you shouldn't have much prob selling here or Feebay for $425-450

    Cheers,
    VRS
