I understand there are a few numi experts on here so I was hoping I could get advice on what I should do with this 1923 halfpenny..

I bought it with the knowledge that the coin had verdigris on it, but I'm unsure whether i should:
    1) attempt to clean it (google has suggestions like soaking in olive oil etc)
    2) don't clean it and flip it on ebay?

Also any indication what the coin may be worth in this state would be appreciated!

Its not just the Verdigris its also the pitting that has occured. Firstly i would give it a light coat of vegetable oil, give it a light rub with your fingers, massage it into the coin, and pat it dry with a clean cloth, run it under really hot water if you have too. Because of the pitting i think you will struggle to get around the $400=$550 mark, last i sold was in this ball park range
