GMC - GULF MANGANESE CORP Was my first mining stock. Got in @4c and it's my first bagger, went to 5c, then 6c, today 10c 120% profit in a few weeks! I'm going shopping, to by some pants, a shirt, shoes, fix my car, lunch at the fat duck, then book the carpenter for my new pergola and bbq area. big day! oh hang on, it's now 11c umm.. ok, anyone else want to meet me for lunch? it's on me, front of crown at 1pm

Local Indo Investors committing for USD 10m = AUD 13m for 10% stack in the company. That's equivalent to 200m shares. So 200m shares for AUD 13m brings down 0.065/shares. If so then GMC could be trading at 50% discount to what cornerstone investor is willing to pay for 10% stack (i.e. 3-3.5c)
I've been considering it but I don't feel much for what's available. there an exciting new stock coming out soon but I already have funds waiting for that. I know I should hey? it's risen on good news but there's still results to come soon so it's hard to pull some out now. i'll try at 0.016 and see what happens rst of the day, that way i'm selling as a 3 bagger and leave the profit to see what happens. only because you've got experience in these things and i'd kick myself if it went down without taking my cash back, might be more fun with none of my money involved anyway.
If the company is waiting on drilling results and the price is still running up to the announcement, again lock in profits BEFORE the drilling results hit the market as the price will sell off. Buy the rumour, sell the fact
Great pick up miniroo, Caput has pretty much said get your money back which is possibly the sensible thing to do. You're on a winner, the perfect time to take your money back. Imagine being in a position where you cannot lose? Must be terrible.
It's easy to get caught up in the euphoria of a fast rising speccy...but selling half at around these levels could lock some profits in while still allowing exposure to any further upside. Id probably sell the lot but that's just me.
Yeah I know, I didn't get a chance to sell before close but a good thing I didn't as it's up again at the moment. So now I can sell some and not only get my money back but double and i'll leave the rest ride.
official 4 bagger sold some at 2c, an hour later and it's dropped down to 1.9 on the buyers side. whew, it's like a tonne of bricks just went off my shoulders. come end of the day I reckon it's going be 2.8c which might signal another sell for me, take half back but that's just a gamble now, could even end up back down to 1.5c or up to 3.5c either way i'm happy to be a free baller in for the long term.
It looked like the right move, especially since right after I did GMC got suspended, it's been 5 days and whilst I got my money back plus 100% by selling 40% of my holdings, I still had 3 bags full suspended and was kinda worried I blew a lot of profit if they never came back from suspension. well, now it's back and here we go again, looks like it's going to take off now and i'm in for a super windfall, gonna need a bigger boat. but whilst I will take another nice chunk out, i'm going to ride this all the way to 10c and beyond, it's really a good prospect this stock.
