Check this 1 out people,I hope nobody is bidding on any of this stuff http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2001-10Y...t=AU_Coins2&hash=item2a116813dc#ht_828wt_1140
Seems legit to me and at only $49 can't be a bad starting point. <= sarcasm Got a bit stuck on the "2001 10Y 1oz Gold Panda Coin" What is '10Y 1oz gold' Is it a new way of saying layered or plated or something? EDIT: Maybe it means 10 year?
hahaha 1oz Ag gold coin. Very rare and sort after. Fact that the coin says silver on it and it's listed as gold is grounds to have the listing removed surely?
Thanks! Shows how much I know about Chinese coins. Also seller sold quite a few high priced Morgans on June 12, a bit early to get feedback from the sales. So far has only 1 feedback as a seller but comes highly recommended as a buyer. A lot of very trusting buyers out there, maybe they know him from a bricks and mortar shop. who knows, might be the wrong photo uploaded, could be the deal of the century!
Could be a gold colored Ag coin, technically the description isn't wrong. Ag 'gold' coin. Most people should know that a 1oz Gold Panda will not have a face value of 10 though, more like 500 Yuan (exact figure may be more or less, I have forgotten). Obviously not real Au Gold, steer well clear!
seller has a 1oz 2010 "Au" panda as well. 11 feedback, 10 of them from buying stupid cheap crap like mobile phone cases. May Ebay burn in hell.
This crap IS VERY SCARY as he also has 100 percent POSITIVE FEEDBACK unless he IS legit but then who WOULD sell a oz of gold for $49?
Taken from Pandercollector.com The 2001 Panda pops up occasionally and is definitely not commonkind of like the 1990. This date is scarcer than the mintage would suggest. Unlike the 1990, though, it doesn't seem to have issues with quality. The design was innovative for the Chinese Mint and the fullness of the background is distinctive. Zero of those sold at auction has been rated MS-69 by PCGS or NGC and the grading service population survey shows few submissions for this date. (back) Gold One Oz is 500 Yuen These people keep trying don't they meeko
Fake. Notice the lack of the Chinese 'Yuan' character after the '10' on the article. Counterfeiters in China don't dare put it on their fakes and it could mean an on-the-spot death sentence when they are caught counterfeiting the Chinese legal tender. Ever heard of the mobile lethal injection bus, capital punishment on wheels? Or simply 9mm induced brain hemorrhage.
Here's an interesting 1 It's in Australia USA http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Very-Rar...AU_Bullion&hash=item1e64b5675a#ht_1250wt_1140
