Just thought I would count my ounces to see if I was close to 100 yet (silver) and was stoked to find I have almost 150 I understand I'm a small fish but I'm still very happy. Having said that I noticed that I've misplaced a large (for me) chunk of Australian and American pre-dec and can't seem to find it. Has something like this happened to you guys? Up until now I haven't been too worried about keeping it organised, but I think I will from now on.
Yes started buying 10 years ago when it was just a clump of lead. Still finding silver in packed away boxes. Recent find 2 days ago 15 x ASE,nice 1989 I think. If you can't find them neither can a burglar, that's the bright side
I lost 10 x 2010 Andean Cats. At their current rate of depreciation, if I don't find them soon, I will have to pay someone to take them. I think they are in a box with car parts, but I can't find the box I think they are in. They are so ugly that I doubt a burglar would bother stealing them anyway!
Haha yeah thats definitely true, but it'd still be nice to locate it. I only started a year ago! Benny- I didn't realise they were depreciating, I have some but the 2011s.
I seem to have misplaced some silver somewhere, every now and then I remember something that I can't find, an Indain Head round that I was going to carve into, a silver medal that I was going to research, a proof 1965 20 drachma coin I was going to have slabbed. I have a feeling that somewhere there is a medium sized box which has been packed away. I am not daft enough to have hidden it from the burglars and wife knows not to touch my stuff. It will turn up.
Are you guys all mental? What's wrong with a safe? Although I have several safes and ca t remember where one of them is.
I like to leave a note in my empty safe for burglars with the words ColdCold. Freezing.. then this REDBACK
