Should be enough kids to tear that pinata apart. My 3 are full on excited, they dont know their poppy is coming to be santa. So Santa is booked, Mum and husband will be there.
Thanks to the organising party. Will be there with two junior stackers (2yo and 4yo). What about organising a Kris Kringle for the adults. Anyone that is interested can bring a present(preferably in the precious metal variety) to the value of lets say 1 oz of silver to be shared randomly among those that bring a gift.
This event is not at the normal venue and invites are not being sent automatically,- adrenalin still has a hang over from his bucks night.Buzz us, ck or gp. Bring the picnic rug, chairs etc and whatever food and drink you will require. Going to be warm so slip slop slap,- we should be having this party on the beach at my place!! Surf is ripping good at the moment too!! Santas sack nearly loaded.
Excellent gathering today at the Park Women, kids,Members, plenty of nice food.Lots of chocolates for the kids. Food was shared around and reminded me a little of an Amish lunch gathering. Great orange cake and Dummy me forgot to bring the strudel. Thanks to all the members who came along. Plata and his beautiful wife brought along a PINATA which was a smash hit with the kids,it was like a gathering of little people scrambling for the rain of never ending lolly's IceBlue brought along Christmas presents for the kids which put smiles on faces all round Captain Kookaburra really did bring along a unicycle and boy can he ride it!! Take care guys Cheers REDBACK
Have we set a benchmark? That was a fantastic little gathering, between my Mum and redback no one went hungry, the children had a ball, great company. Plata, that was the best pinata I have ever seen, big thanks mate. Big thanks to Patrick my step father who done the santa thing for us, the children were stoked, and all the adults were stoked too - the kids having so much fun. Thanks to all that attended, made the day what it was. I think next year we do it a bit bigger and better, as in private location. And BEEF will organize BEEF. Will organize a ton of snags. We had a ripper run home too, just to top it off! Cheers all.
Another shout out and thanks to everyone that attended. Iceblue (especially for wrapping all the presents) and Goldstackers for sponsoring. My kids are still raving about Santa, presents as well as the pinata. Thanks to Plata for the work and effort gone into that. My youngest one got a bit overwhelmed by Santa initially but warmed up quickly. Gold Pelican jnr also had 'one of those moments' on Santa's lap. In addition thanks to Adrenalin who couldn't make it whose effort goes into organising the SS meets every month.
We all have a ball, looking at the kids faces full of excitement was worth more than an ounce gold! Wife was delighted. Thank you all for a fantastic event again.
