Hi people, I'm just wondering what the deal is with this date in particular. I'm not a conspiracy nut, but I am curious as to how these ideas formulate. Cheers.
These things come about through the "Madness of Crowds", the Internet Echochamber Effect, and/or someone discovering an idea that they can exploit to sell books and get paid to appear at speaking events.
Of course, it doesn't necessarily mean that a crazy sounding idea is wrong. "Internet false prophets" would be corporate/government/banking-complex shills, shock-jock propagandarists and various useful idiot hangers-on that plague forums. The "protestations to buy shadows" is a reference to these shills making arguments in the mainstream media for citizens to acquire nebulous wealth -- fiat/bitcoin/unallocated silver(?). Gold @ $60,000 is the target of the Dark Lord who will bestow upon the chosen ones a higher spot price by manipulating the markets through his worldly agents.
Yeah, this one especially. I think they've been calling for sh*t-on-me for the last 100 years...one of these times it will happen on the day the call, and they'll think their theory has been proven right. fruit Cakes.

re: shemitah = conspiracy nuts. really? the shemitah is apparently about (among other things) a seven year economic cycle. admittedly i have not looked a huge amount into it, but may do so. look at these dates: 1973 - 1980 - 1987 - 1994 -2001 - 2008 - 2016. go back and look at the significant economic events in each year. for a bunch of "conspiracy nuts" they've done a pretty damn good job of timing those economic cycles eh? maybe better than some of the posters here who appear to convey such immense wisdom! the astute observer will notice an eight year gap at the end - the final shemitah after 7 consecutive shemitahs having an extra year tacked on to make a 50 year cycle. it called a super shemitah apparently. a super down cycle. this year. but wait, there's more. the keepers of the system are even bigger nuts than the "conspiracy nuts". go and look at christine lagarde's speech last year about the magic number 7. is that the kind of speech about numerology you'd expect to hear from a person controlling the world's finances? no. was she sending a hidden message to others in the know? the term conspiracy theory was invented by the CIA a long time ago to discredit and derail any discussion of things they don't want people to investigate further. my oh my there are many regular posters here quick to use that tactic. these are the same ones who still mock the notion of PM manipulation despite douche bank admitting and settling for manipulation, and co-operating to provide evidence against others. they are the ones of course you should trust without any verification. research on your own and form your own conclusions.
I agree! But there are some real nuts here at this forum. I have identified dozens of them and put them on my quacker list.
