I was impressed by Thucys photos, so I sent of to get a digital microscope same as his. Got it yesterday and have been playing around with it this morning. Sorry, No coins, but its still PM's Gold panned from Goulburn River, Water worn and much of it hammered into flat disks. Panned from a little creek, Rough and has not travelled far from its source. Found the source, a little 1" wide band of Quartz running across the bedrock - No Gold above that point. Fine Gold (Flour Gold.) as found in most rivers in Victoria. A Small (Very small.) mini nugget. Seen the 'Hand of Faith Nugget' - met his little brother "The Hand of F**All" Gold in Pink Quartz Gold in White Quartz .
