Why is there no trading on the Lunar forum? :( It would seem like a logical thing to do given that the forum is purely about a specific set of coins.

I figure there must be a reason so thought I would ask.

Makes it a lot easier if I am after a Lunar coin to go to the Lunar forum as you can
with the Panda forum. Just my .2 grams worth. ;)

Well 75 views and no replies, so either no one knows, no one cares (apathy) or no one wants to know or share what they know. :(

I just thought it would be a good idea to be able to offer Lunar trades on the Lunar forum, seems like a no brainer :p

I essentially asked the same question here the other day with no reply:

    http://forums.silverstackers.com/message-204733.html#p204733

Unless anyone tells you otherwise I'd assume it's the purpose of the subforum. The Luar forum is more recent than the Panda forum and doesn't have an active and motivated moderator and trader like yennus to keep it full of content and tradign offers. I guess it will pick up over time. :/

Learnt long ago never to start a debate with a Potato Man... :D

I does make sense but then should there be a Numi and non numi section? Kooks and Koalas? or Foreign and Local?

By seeing all the sales in one section does personally suit me - to fine things I chasing or bits I'm not but seeing the price cant be passed up...

You will find for most sellers, the public buy/sell is the best place to get exposure and sales because everyone can access it.

Until we have better trading system or ways of pushing out the sales to everyone, then the public buy/sell is the best bet for anyone trying to sell.

    Thanks,

Yep all very good reasons some I had not thought of.

Yennus is certainly a driving force for the Panda forum. I don't know that there would be many others as committed or knowledgeable to a particular coin type.

I guess it would get a bit crazy having a different forum/section for every sought of coin.

And remember Potato Men are people too. :D
I should add that as my signature or whatever it is called.

The trading in the Panda forum is a trial... which reminds me, yennus needs to put his admin hat on and go and clean up the trade threads in there from JULY :)
