16 Jan. Liquid Silver Used to Print Electronic Circuits "Printing electronics just got a boost from the University of Illinois, where the latest in electric inks has been made from silver." http://news.discovery.com/tech/liquid-silver-print-circuits-120116.html#mkcpgn=rssnws1
Too right! There's already over 2000 industrial patents registered for the use of silver in industry and that number grows every year. Moreso, silver is the 2nd most used industrial commodity (as a percentage) in the world behind oil. Thirdly, we're going to run out of global stocks of silver before we run out of oil. To get what's left out of the ground, silver is going to have to go to another level of price to achieve it and in the process, it'll destroy the paper markets. Down the road I don't doubt when it comes to silver buying and selling, the prevailent attitude will be 'phyzz or nothing'. Mind you, when that time comes actually getting your hands on physical silver might be a problem. I've no doubt in an effort to protect industrial use of the commodity companies will broker contracts directly with the miners and leave nothing but a trickle to float down to investment options. But I'm also quite the optimist on Silver's long term outlook.
Inadvertently double posted this one in the general forum. At least let us be grateful that we live in the sun, here in Australia, cause if we lived in the cold, then we would need to wear our "silver gloves" when operating our Iphones http://www.agloves.com/pages/Glove-Science.html
Already taken care of. Every time a Tomahawk cruise missile goes "bang" 30+ POUNDS (15 Kilos) of silver goes with it. Roughly 1650 Kg or 3630 lbs or 1.815 tons of silver went bye bye when cruise missiles were used to open up the no fly zone in Libya. http://maxkeiser.com/2011/03/20/not...lver-in-wiring-contacts-solder-and-batteries/
