LOL what a joke, So basically you are forking blackcoin for POS 2.0 and using phone verification to distribute the coins (Hence you are the centralized authority although you call it decentralized). In exchange for our personal details we get your coin which is currently nothing. So you want to build a marketing data base of crypto users using names phone numbers and address? Or collecting it to steal ID's?? Don't know how many people you will fool into giving their personal information but I doubt many. Who are you? How about you publish all your information name/phone number/address/DOB/ Hometown/work address/Pets/Mothers Maiden name/ Car Rego as well as all current bills from the last year and a photo of you holding all government ID.
