I am watching BTC-e live trading.

    LTC price: 7.89 $

But on Crypto-Trade.com, the listed LTC price is: 8.5 $

    But if you want to buy LTC on Crypto-Trade.com, it's: 9.58 $ + a 0.002 LTC fee!

I'll be honest TH, I don't think I fully understand what you are asking. But it sounds like you are referring to the bid/ask spread? Meaning, $8.50 was probably the highest bidder, and $9.58 was probably the lowest priced seller. If you don't want to put in a bid and hope that the price falls to fill it, and you want them instantly, then you would have to do a market buy at the cheapest someone is offering them for -> $9.58.

    Hope that helps.
