Judge throws out CFTC's position limits rule

CFTC: Fine then, we'll just increase the margin requirements of orders over x$$$$$ to zero percent. They have done it before on the whole market, what stops them doing it on larger orders only?

Of course they won't, because this was always about being seen to try to regulate their mates on wall street. Not actually doing it.
