    with backlog .OF COURSE WE WILL BE DOING AWAY WITH NUMERIC GRADES AND MOVING TO A 3 TEIR SYSTEM
    Grade 1: will be labeled "Daddy I cant like this one" this will be assigned to ,unattractively toned, milk spotted, or otherwise ugly duckling,s MCC
    Grade 2: Will be labeled 'Daddy I like this one" will be assigned to all bright shiney Panda,s or MCC
    Grade 3: Will be labeled "Daddy I love it! can I play with it!"will be assigned to ALL COLORED, GOLD ,OR GILT MCC
