    I found his analysis very interesting. The way he said energy is not a good play because of the prolonged recession made perfect sense to me.

    I'm starting to lean towards the longer view tbh. It does seem to me like there will be a bit of back and forth.

    At any rate, one of the major things that I think will be required, is that the money will have to be drained from the remaining property bubbles. That people will have to look at property with fear and loathing. And I see that taking a few years to play out.

    Incidentally, if I read him right he is calling for alternating big inflation and deflation which sounds logical to me.

    I really don't see hyperinflation emerging.
