As a matter of interest, what's to stop the Greeks from printing more Euro. I'm sure that there are checks and balances governing this, but hey, we're talking about the Greeks.
Lack of a printing press (electronic or other) and a central bank. They gave up the ability to print money (any sort) right after they signed their sovereignty over to the EU... it a global village after all, greater good and all that crap
