If you want to see how desperate CBA are getting to try and stop victim/advocates and supporters from getting information to the media have a read of this "cease and desist" letter received from CBA Head Security Guard John Geurts. see pdf link below.

Is this a letter to you? It's got someone's address on it. Maybe it should be redacted?

No its a letter to Michael Fraser, trading the name, The Arbitrator. He's an advocate who's been helping victims of CBA/Storm, CBA/Bankwest get their complaints to the CBA Board. His point is to show that the Board don't want to know about these complaints because the misconduct in questions was actually planned by the Board.

He's the same guy CBA had under surveillance to try and find out who his contacts are within the board who are feeding him information about the frauds currently going on.

I think Mr Fraser may be very unwise to allow this to get to a Court!

Banks maintain a BIG 'Legal Department', and they will know where he and the Bank stand.

Notwithstanding the merits of your advice OC "I think Mr Fraser may be very unwise to allow this to get to a Court! "

I believe Mr Fraser would welcome the opportunity to have CBA or any of its agents in court under oath!!!

"There were more millionaires created during the Great Depression than any other time in history."

That is a fascinating claim, can you give me a reference please?

Saw a few of these claims on Google, and a couple use the words "per capita", which changes things a lot.

Otherwise they are just claims with not much to back it up. And in the 1930s a 'millioniare' was about like a billionaire today.

most i have just skimmed through dont say per capita. but if it was per capita the statement would technically still stand. There were less people alive. its to scale. you can't go too nuts with political correctness.
i assume the articles would have adjusted for inflation. its makes for a more interesting read to say "more millionaires created than ever before" than "more sixty thousand dollaraires were created than ever before"

    Hi Ego2Spare,

Quick point of clarification. The point of the media attention is that the claims in the letter are fabricated. The media are aware of other lies which have been told to them (and confirmed by the media as lies) hence, as 'dollars' correctly pointed out, Michael welcomes the chance to question the executives under oath.

Also, your example re: speaking to the President is very accurate. If the evidence someone has incriminates the most important person in the organisation then following the standard complaint process wont work, you must speak directly to the head of the organisation. It is because of the work of people like Michael, amongst others, that we have so many senate inquiries into CBA misconduct which will culminate in the Royal Commission.

Will post more information for you once it becomes available.

    Hope this helps.

"Contrary to its earlier submissions and public statements the bank admitted it had not offered all victims of its Commonwealth Financial Planning and Financial Wisdom arms $5000 to pay for an independent adviser to help assess offers of compensation."

"It also admitted that it had not written to all victims of CFP with offers of compensation"

"The bank also admitted that earlier statements that it had paid compensation of more than $50 million to CFP victims was incorrect"

These are media euphemism's for "CBA just got caught lying". There will be a lot more euphemism's coming.
