if stacking didn't exist(and im guessing its relatively new) who are all the coins/bars/meant for when the mint makes them? or I maybe should have asked , has the bullioin items increased since stacking became more popular , suppose a good example would be a monster box, or a 10 oz coin who would have purchased those items if stacking wasn't here sorry could I add when did stacking start
