Last time I checked hospital has wifi being I was only there two months ago I did plenty of work from the bed side. Not sure what you are on about. So what you are saying is that I can put something for sale sell it accept the money then not make any contact what so ever until I feel like it. You are dealing with peoples money which in most cases someone has worked hard to earn all he is asking for is a simple answer that all is ok the money is received and the goods will be shipped when possible. I would just not like to buy something pay for it and then have no contact at all that is just bad business, maybe I should start a business selling a product accepting the money for it and then just hold off on actually contacting anyone about it could be a good money spinner keep the money in a high interest account earn some interest then buy the product and forward it on whenever I feel like it.
when I was in hospital recently I couldn't see anything through the morphine, ketamine and all the other shit they had me on, basically a dribbling mess. Have a heart, the poor fella may be in a lot of trouble.
Last time I was in hospital I was more concerned about being dead. The time before that I was only concerned about my patella being in the wrong place. Funny story about that, well funny now, not at the time LOL

So YES, then you may not contact whoever you dealt with because you are in comma ... As both a seller and buyer on this forum Howudn is spot on about how a seller should operate on this forum. Hector the Hero has form. Very difficult to do business with him as his communication and vendor skills is abysmal. I am not the only Stacker here who had to wait days to get a reply to a PM when he offers something for sale. As for 5amzz I am sure he will get his bar eventually. Nervous Nellies should probably stick to face to face trades since it's so easy in Sydney.

Thanks for fixing up the deposit. Best regards" Now I am waiting for the delivery at last! Hopefully I will receive it by this week.
Well have we got a note from the electricity company confirming that storms did indeed knock out the internet? Do we have a technical report on the reasons for the iPhone not being able to log in? I, like many, did not doubt that something like this had happenned, and I am glad that it wasn't a hospitalisation which caused the breakdown in comms. A new guy got concerned that someone they didn't know had taken their money and stopped communicating, if you are used to dealing with professional dealers in a bricks and mortar establishment then this transaction would be seen as much riskier than normal. With the benefit of knowing the individual, and with experience buying and selling on this site many of the more experienced people would not have reacted in this way. Glad it got sorted and was moderately interesting seeing how others reacted to this guy's predicament, very telling. Also a good learning experience for other people on the website, better than running a survey. All's well that ends well.
I think its his own rep he should be more worried about. Although I do believe he had a reasonably legit reason for being so concerned, especially as a newbie and not being sure of how things work. Giving $450 to a total stranger and then not hearing anything for so long would surely get anyone else a bit nervous, regardless of how many trades the seller has made. Lessons learned and problem resolved. Hurrah!
