It's actually a lot easier to just transfer to someone you know's address for fiat here - after USD$ disappeared from my BTC-E account I wouldn't trust them on any withdrawals just on principle...
I would buy BTC and get my money out that way. If you have the problem where you cannot withdraw any money at all, the chances are that you have a 30 day lock on the funds. You need to raise a helpdesk ticket and supply some ID and a recent utility bill. Not sure how safe that is in terms of ID theft, seeing as BTC-E is a Russian/Bulgarian thing.
I tried to withdraw via SEPA transfer (in to European bank), but i can't fill my bank details, only there is one field available called "purse" and that is it... :/ do you know guys how to do it? BTW, i have transferred BTC to MTGox with no problem...
"Purse" is basically BTCe's terminology for "account number" if that helps. Note, that's generally speaking. I've never withdrawn from there.
Sold some PPC/USD to take some cash off the table a couple of weeks ago - and the US$ proceeds of around US$365 didn't appear on my account. There was also no record of that sale in my Trading History either - I pressed the button to sell PPC, and "BOOOF!" it was all gone. Support were useless and untimely too - brusque in fact. It took 10 days to just get a response and in that mail they said if they didn't hear from me WITHIN THE HOUR they'd close the support ticket, which they did - I emailed a reply about 8-10 mins after receiving their email, but by that time they'd closed the ticket... really f&cking odd. Haven't heard a thing back since.
