    Hi,

If this was a forum running on mainframe computer software, then I would gladly write some code for you; less than 8 hrs work. But my PC programming language skills are non-existent. But here is a suggestion:- Often software packages come with what's known as "Exits", and these are places where you are allowed to customise how the package functions. Now possibly, the software package that is used to run this forum has a couple of Exits? You'd need to check the manual (if there is one). But IF SO, then see if one of the Exits is for allowing you to check the content of a message before it is actually posted visible to all. If this is possible, then a skilled SS (at least one guy has these - obvious from a recent post) could write a program which:
    1) checks if the poster is new to SS, and has less than 'x' number of posts.
    2) checks for key-words inside their post; eg. chanel, store, bargain, or whatever words are common to these spammers.
If (1) and (2) are satisfied, then take action. Might be (1) delete userid, (2) disable submission, etc.

Not sure if this forum software is sufficiently professional to allow Exit usage; just a thought.

Or possibly give some extra "power" to a few of the "trusted guys" who have over 2000 posts. And also let them logon invisibly (again if the software allows it). This way, when the spammer's userid & posts are blown away, they can't see who is doing it, because the only people visibly logged on are themselves (the spammer) and a couple of other guys with less than 100 posts (no-one apparently with power to delete them). But if the spammer can see that an ADMIN/MOD is logged on, then they will wait until the admin/mod logs off before posting.

mod_security and a spam blacklist ruleset might be worth looking at if you're on a dedicated server these days.

I like the idea of sending a 20,000 V surge back to the spammer, destroying his/her computer. Sorry. Saw it in a movie once. :)
