Here's what I propose....from 2015 forward, all British Commonwealth coins' obverse design have the Queen cameo be replaced with the 2003 Britannia cameo. Do I hear a second (or thumbs up) on that proposal? .
On the Britannia series, I prefer the 5 Philip Nathan designs (and have an example of each in 1 troz BU silver and 1/4 troz Proof gold): Standing Britannia design Britannia as Boadicea on a Chariot design Britannia as Una and the Lion design Britannia as a Helmeted Athena design Seated Britannia design
They are certainly rare and nice. I sold a bullion set from 2005->2011 including a proof 2001 set a few years back. Not sure if I should regret it now =D, how much have they appreciated. Slam
some proof Britannia 1oz silver coins were sold at over U$250, based on completed eBay listings. looks like past-year Britannias are picking up speed.
