    Hi All,

Registered some time ago but had problems with my password - finally had some time today to get it sorted out. I am an Australian 50c collector, and collect all types, variations and errors of Australian 50c pieces. Currently trying to locate the last three (yes the three hard to get ones) of the Perth Mint Lunar Series I 1/2oz silver coins - the tiger, ox and rat, but a buyer of any 50c really... love errors, silver and gold.

    Cheers
    Steve

Thanks all for the warm welcome!

I have some pictures of them...

Along with the three Vienberg 50c Patterns in '66, there were (as far as I have been able to tell) 4 different Vienberg 50c Patterns in '67 (two circular and two dodecahedral) and one in '68 (dodecahedral) - would love to get my hands one or more of them!!! (drool)

Several escaped the RAM via the infamous David Gee (12 if the book about David Gee is to be believed, but I understand some may have been recovered, although this has never been confirmed as far as I can tell) and are still out there somewhere... if you know the whereabouts of them, I would be very interested!!!

Also happy to be corrected on the above so I can update my database if any one knows any better - would love to hear!

I am enjoying my time here already!
