Can't see too many reviews for many coin shops, if you are worried, then don't buy from them mate If you are into numismatics there are plenty of places to buy, just walk into a coin shop and develop a rapport with the owner. Or you could ask members on this forum - some of them buy numismatics then decide at a later stage to get out of them. Looks like they have been around a while though, if you live in perth it might pay to drop in - while you're there have a chat with him about the listing description for his 1946 florin. Still, a 1946 Florin with 92.5% silver content at $14 is a bargain. Should be priceless - if you get my drift. PS - if you don't get my drift DON'T BUY IT
They're a Perth Mint distributor apparently, can't be that bad. They're selling some UNC 2008 roos for $60 too hmmmm!
I bought something a few months ago and all was fine. The online catalogue probably is not up to date though. I would email your enquiry first or phone. I think it is just online though, not walk in - we have almost nowhere in Perth to walk in and buy. The odd antique dealer and a couple of others, but that'd be about it.
I took the plunge and sent the payment.. been trying to contact the person through email and phone but unsuccessful, hopefully i'll get my item... fingers crossed.
I've bought from there before. One thing was not in stock so I think the catalogue isn't entirely up to date. I actually picked it up in person.
I am trying to contact them now deposited money in direct deposit 9th June still showing my order as pending tried calling them the 1300 number is disconnected and mobile is not answering anyone have an address I might call in as I am in Fremantle so not far to drive. Meeko2011
meeko I had a refund issued for a proof monkey I purchased, took them abput a week to inform me that the stock levels online were incorrect, hope this helps somewhat
after being tipped off by lunarowl in regards to where i could find a 2006 lunar dog I went to the mcleod website and found the dogs I wanted. I then had the foresight to search this forum first before pressing buy. I have been ringing the numbers for the last 3 days and emailed them twice.. what kind of store does not answer your calls or email you back? This has certainly put the brakes on for me to deal with this store. Any thoughts from the Stackerazzi?
They take a while to reply, they are legit though so don't worry. They also don't update the stock on their website regularly so... Patience I guess.
Hi Blippy, They're legit.. tho the communication can be better.. in my last purchase it took them 3 days to come back to me, but item arrived as described. all good.
