Hey all, Been lurking in the background for a couple of weeks, checking things out & getting a feel of the place. Only recently gotten into this stacking & hording game, and already, I am addicted. I have already hit Maggie up with an order, and looking at doing some more very soon A couple of things I have noticed already... Man, you gotta be quick in the markets. There are LOTS of abbreviations used here. Sorting most of them out, but might have to ask about a few as they come up. I LOVE the Panda's and Koalas. This is going to end up being very expensive hobby, I see... And while coins are pretty to look at, I dont think there is anything better looking than a nice stack of the shiny stuff.. A quick question, if I may... Is it normal to start referring to prices in comparison to the price of a bar? Eg: Eldest daughter bought a new car, and my first thought was, I could by 15 kgs for the cost of that.... And... Is it normal to look around the house, and walk around the yard looking at things I can sell to raise some more capital to go & buy the good stuff? I can see there is a LOT of experience here, and it looks like a good resource. I plan on spending some very valuable time, and probably money, here. See you in the on-line world. Basil
Hi, Good to see another Adelaide stacker around these parts. Hopefully see you soon at the next stackers meeting.
Welcome, and about the questions.. don't worry I do that as well.. ( or maybe that should make you worry )
To answer your questions - perfectly normal. You now have a new addiction, the rush of locking in and the excitement of receiving your goods will forever consume you, as i said perfectly normal stacker behavior! Welcome.
